Alfajores are a Peruvian delicacy pastrie, they are two butter cookies with "manjarblanco" in the middle and rolled in powdered sugar. The "manjarblanco" we use is home made and each cookie is idividually cared for. Our family recipe has been passed down from generation to generation making these alfajores one of the best around.
